I've also recently ran into this issue, but I don't have Better Settlers. I can use presets (jsod files) on an NPC without any problems.Д¬an anyone provide some ideas about what might be causing these NPC Looks Menu hair problems? Is my Looks Menu toolbar displaying correctly? When I select 'E' I see the various hairs from the installed hair mods but choosing a new style from the list does not change the hair on the NPC. These options are: E) style C) color Esc) back. When I click on HAIR, the NPC's hair shimers green and a 'hair' tool bar appears in the lower middle of the screen with 3 options. The only hair option I have is HAIR (all caps) which is found at the very bottom of the 'Face' section. However, I can not change the NPC's hair. I select the NPC, start the looks menu and I can change NPC facial features. It works fine when I am using one of the in-game doctors to change my character's appearance including hairs from various hair mods I have installed. I have Looks Menu and its required files installed using the correct versions of each.
